Summary
Territorial AgroEcological Living labs, TAELabs, born from the need to develop new knowledge frameworks for sustainable food systems and it consist in living labs, as a real-life settings, in which the agroecological transition will be co-designed, implemented, and co-evaluated, adapting it to each territory. Assemblage theory is the central approach to allow interrelations among society, nature and a new view of the food system.
